  • Introduction to bread, with some history, science, facts and flour types.
  • Make ciabatta dough (for pizza, grissini and loafs).
  • Make the rustic white dough (for rustic rolls, fougasse, epi and baguettes.
  • Prepare garlic, basil and sundried tomatoes for ciabatta and pizza for lunch.
  • Finish ciabatta grissini and pizzas.
  • Sit down together and enjoy lunch.
